Also the immortality is - I think they weren't immortal back home? But also I only know about Earth stuff because my dad is human. That's how I know cats are a thing at all.

As for all the clothes stuff, there's at least a little cloth, I have no idea what summer has to do with it, and who cares how it looks? It's just to not be naked.
